* Must have an income of at least P34k/month

2. My income is less than P34k/Month, can i still avail?

* Yes you can still avail, you just need a co-maker in your application. You and your co-maker's combined monthly income must be equal or more than P34k/Month for you to be approved. Feel free to contact us for more info about this setup.

3. Can i Really move in after 30-45 days?

* Yes! provided that you can settle the 20k reservation and 50k equity (spot cash or within 4 months)  together with all the other requirements. 

4. Can i use the unit for rental /Air Bnb Purposes?
